Chase started as our Safety Coordinator on October 13, 2025. He is from Evansville, Indiana, and attended Murray State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety. Chase is excited to join Gribbins after hearing great things about the company. Before joining the team, he managed 1,005 team members and collaborated with 14 departments to promote a safe work environment. His favorite part of the job is ensuring that everyone goes home safely at the end of the day. When asked who inspires him most, Chase said, “Achieving goals and getting feedback.” Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his kids and family and going jeeping.
Adam started as our Project Manager on September 22, 2025. Originally from southern Indiana, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps before moving to Florida, where he lived for 21 years, and later returning to southern Indiana. Before joining Gribbins, Adam began his career in the field as a union carpenter, working for 17 years before transitioning to the insulation trade. He started working on power plants in 2000 and advanced through the ranks to project management and estimation, gaining over 22 years of industry experience. Adam is excited about the potential for mutual growth within the industry and at Gribbins. His favorite part of the job is the constant challenge and ever-changing nature of the work.
Hunter started as our Project Manager/Estimator on September 2, 2025, but has worked as an insulator at Gribbins since 2017. He’s from western Kentucky and lives in Mayfield. He attended Ivy Tech to get his associates in Energy Conservation. He is most excited about seeing things from a different perspective at Gribbins, as he’s been with the company for 8 years in the field. He has been insulating since 2012 and brings an understanding of various application processes to the table. Throughout the years, he has most valued the ability to make and do something with his hands that will be around for years to come. When asked who inspires him the most, Hunter said, “I have a deep affinity for anyone who can persevere through extreme adversity. Many book and movie characters come to mind, but I always think to Medal of Honor recipients; Second Lieutenant Audie Murphy in WW2, Master Sergeant Roy Benavidez in Vietnam along with many others.” Outside of work, he enjoys watching his daughter Hadley play softball, taking trips with his wife Emma, attending church, golfing, playing rec-league softball, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
Gribbins is proud to announce the promotion of Samantha Duley from Senior Billing Specialist to Billing Supervisor. Sam has a passion for ensuring proper procedures are followed, with the overall goal of providing our customers with accurate billings on projects.
In her new role, Sam will supervise the daily activities of two billing team members while continuing her own billing responsibilities, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and quality in every transaction. She will also lead the Accounts Receivable collection efforts of the team.
Sam was selected for this role because she is a great role model for both new and future team members. It has been a pleasure to see her grow into new roles during her time with us. She is an excellent communicator, able to speak professionally and pleasantly with individuals of any background or personality. Her ability to switch gears, multitask, and actively contribute to daily functions will be crucial in this new position.
“I’m excited to collaborate and work toward a common goal with our team members. I hope to lead by example and support others in their growth as well,” said Sam. “I want to make others’ days easier by teaching my team how to navigate and prioritize tasks. I also want to improve my skills and dive deeper into the functions of our billing software to better assist our team.”
In this new role, we expect to see the Billing Department grow in knowledge and improve billing accuracy. Sam will encourage a collaborative team environment where both successes and challenges are shared. When asked, “What’s something you’ve learned at Gribbins that’s helped you grow professionally?” Sam responded: “There are no sidelines here. Everyone has an active role in productivity and making sure our team is meeting expectations. Knowing that I am making a difference and contributing to the company’s growth motivates me.”

Brooke started as our Accounting Intern on August 25, 2025. She is from Ferdinand, Indiana, and attends the University of Southern Indiana. Brooke is planning to graduate in December with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and minors in Management and Finance, along with a Financial Institutions certificate. She is excited to learn more about the industry and expand her experience as she prepares to pursue a full-time position after graduating in December. Before joining Gribbins, Brooke worked at Holiday World from the age of 14, eventually managing four restaurants in her final year. She also completed internships in the accounting department at Holiday World and in the finance department at AstraZeneca, gaining valuable hands-on experience and insight into real-world accounting processes. Her favorite part of the job is seeing all the numbers lined up to get the amount needed. When asked who inspires her the most, Brooke said, “My previous boss at Holiday World inspires me because I have seen how much he has under his belt, but he always remained calm even when under so much pressure.” Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball, shopping, and going on walks. As someone who loves the outdoors, she’s happiest doing just about anything outside.
Kaleigh joined Gribbins as our Project Engineer on August 4, 2025. Originally from Greenwood, Indiana, she gained valuable experience in real estate development and multi-family housing before joining Gribbins, where she developed skills in both construction accounting and management. She is thrilled to be joining such a dynamic and forward-thinking team. What drew her to Gribbins most was the opportunity to collaborate with passionate individuals who contribute to meaningful projects that make a real impact. One of the things she enjoys most about working in this field is the constant opportunity for learning and problem-solving, which keeps every day interesting and rewarding. Outside of work, she enjoys live music events, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her two incredible children, who remind her to always work purposefully and appreciate the little things in life.
Peyton started as our Billing Specialist on August 4, 2025. She was born and raised in Henderson and moved to Evansville at 17, where she has lived in the Evansville/Newburgh area ever since. Peyton is excited to learn her new role at Gribbins and exceed expectations. Before joining Gribbins, she spent seven years in chemotherapy and radiation billing and coding, where she led focus groups, worked denials, and identified trends to help increase revenue. Peyton also performed audits to ensure compliance with CMS regulations. Prior to that, she worked for two years as a medical scribe and biller for a local primary care physician. Her favorite part of the job is tackling challenges head-on—she thrives under deadlines, enjoys troubleshooting and brainstorming solutions, and loves learning new things and improving processes. When asked who inspires her the most, Peyton said, “Personal growth and self-development.” Outside of work, she enjoys sewing and creating—altering garments, making custom pillows and curtains, and even crafting plushies for her niece. She loves tackling DIY projects, from refinishing and reupholstering furniture to repurposing pieces with new life. Peyton also plays pickleball, paints rocks with her sister, and enjoys thrifting for hidden treasures.
Gribbins is proud to announce the promotion of Kaylin Largent from Billing Specialist to Scaffolding Project Administrator. Since joining the company in December 2024, Kaylin has proven herself to be a quick learner with strong communication skills and a consistently positive attitude.
In her new role, Kaylin will serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative tasks within the Scaffolding Division. Her responsibilities will include setting up projects in Vista, maintaining key Excel workbooks to track erected and dismantled scaffolding, managing extended rental tracking and invoicing, ensuring accurate contract and budget balances, and providing project status updates to both the Project Management and Financial teams.
Kaylin was selected for this role because of her ability to think critically and communicate clearly. She takes the time to fully understand tasks, asks the right questions, and works efficiently with others to move projects forward. Though her time as Billing Specialist was brief, she quickly demonstrated adaptability, attention to detail, and strong prioritization skills—all of which set her up for success in this new position.
“I’m eager to take on new challenges and excited to learn more about the Scaffolding Division,” said Kaylin. “My main goal is to understand the team’s needs and pain points, and to help drive success by delivering organized, dependable administrative support.”
Gribbins leadership is confident that Kaylin will make an immediate impact in the Scaffolding Division by documenting procedures, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency, and serving as a great resource for project updates.

Steve started as our Quality Controls Coordinator on June 3, 2025. Steve was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Miami, Florida. He studied Criminal Justice at Kaplan University, choosing online classes so he could balance school with his long work hours. Steve got into traveling jobs, working across most of the East Coast from Florida up to Rhode Island and Vermont, as well as in parts of the West (Utah, North and South Dakota) and Central U.S. After years on the road, he decided to try staying local for a change. Steve is most excited about the opportunity for both personal and professional growth at Gribbins, and he appreciates the laid-back, upbeat attitude of the team — finding it motivating to be surrounded by such positive energy. Before joining Gribbins, Steve worked in the construction field, primarily in scaffolding and as a millwright/AOV Tech. He also gained hands-on experience with insulation, pipefitting, and rigging across a wide range of job sites. His background in soft crafts, turnarounds, exchangers, and towers—as well as Lock Out/Tag Out procedures—has built a solid foundation for his role as QC Coordinator. Steve is now looking to grow further by gaining more experience in coordinating and planning/scheduling, and he’s excited to bring his field knowledge into this next chapter. When asked what/who inspires him the most, Steve said, “My desire for growth and influential figures such as Kevin Trudeau, Ed Foreman, and Jim Rohn—but most of all, my six-year-old son, whose confidence, positivity, and joy for life remind me to stay motivated and keep a positive outlook every day.” Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, working out, and building relationships.
StC
lair started as our Technology Manager on May 27, 2025. He is originally from Princeton, IN and attended Vincennes University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in IT. StClair is now an instructor in the same program, teaching students about disaster recovery and business continuity, technical auditing, and offensive security. He is currently halfway through his MBA at WGU and is considering pursuing a doctorate. StClair says he is excited to join our company because it’s the “first company I have seen that does things that make sense.” He has been in the tech field for 12 years, working on everything from machine learning and network/systems engineering to RFID engineering and offensive/defensive security. His experience also includes HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO27001, and NIST 800-53 compliance, as well as building data centers and designing wireless internet providers. He prefers a hands-on approach to every project and likes solving new problems every day. When asked what inspires him the most, StClair said, “Puzzles – I tend to obsess over how things work and how to make them better.” In his free time, he runs a nonprofit that hosts the largest tabletop wargaming events within a three-hour radius. He’s also a big race fan and enjoys smoking BBQ whenever he can find the time.
