New Hire: Erica Hutchison

Erica Hutchison started as our Scaffolding Billing Specialist on April 1, 2024. Hutchison is from the Boonville/Chandler area, and she graduated from Ivy Tech. She is excited for a change of pace and the different kind of billing than what she was doing. Hutchison also said, “I have also heard this is a great place to work for!” Her favorite part of the job is being able to problem solve and create easy solutions to help make the workflow better. She likes being able to contribute in a fast-paced environment as well. Before Gribbins, Hutchison worked for a plumbing company in Evansville doing billing, union reporting, and payroll. When asked who inspires her, she said, “My kids inspire me. I always want them to have the best life possible and to show them what working towards your goals can accomplish.” Outside of work, Hutchison enjoys watching her kids play sports, circle track dirt racing, traveling, and going for rides on the Harley.
