Martin started as our Staff Accountant April 28, 2025. She grew up in a military family, which meant moving frequently throughout childhood—including some international locations, but mostly along the East Coast. Her family eventually made their way to Evansville after her dad retired from the military and took a new role in the area. Martin was drawn to our company’s core values from the start and quickly got the sense that employees are truly valued. She’s also excited to be part of a growing team where she hopes to blend her skills to help support that growth. She began her career in public accounting, where she gained broad experience across auditing, tax, payroll, and IT implementations. After 12 years, she transitioned to a performance contracting company, where she spent the next 19 years working in a variety of accounting-related roles. Throughout her career, she’s had the opportunity to be part of many initiatives and projects—learning a great deal along the way, both independently and from those around her. She’s excited to carry that experience forward and have some fun along the way! Outside of work, Martin enjoys spending time with friends and family and going on trips with her husband, whether it be a destination vacation or just a weekend trip.

Ortega started as our Safety Coordinator April 14, 2025. He is originally from Santa Rosa, California and moved to Louisville 10 years ago to be close to family. Ortega’s favorite part of the job is helping people gain the knowledge they need to work safely and prevent serious injuries.
