New Hire: Tom Pawlowski

Pawlowski started as our Assistant Project Manager in Indianapolis on May 13, 2024. He is from Brownsburg, Indiana, but now resides in Westfield with his wife and kids. He attended Marian University, where he graduated with a degree in business administration, majoring in business management. Pawlowski is excited to enter a new specialty within construction, having previously specialized in underground pipeline construction. Being a part of Gribbins, he has already observed growth over the past couple weeks. He finds it thrilling to witness the progression of large-scale projects in his home state. His favorite part of the job is seeing the process from start to finish. At his previous job, he learned how to interact with contractors and clients to ensure high-quality work. When asked who inspires him the most, Pawlowski said, “My family.” Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three children.
