Sage started as our Project Engineer on April 20, 2026. She was born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana. Sage is excited to work alongside a very talented team that’ll help build her knowledge in the industrial side of construction. Her favorite part of the job is being in the field and seeing all the moving parts of a project, from the materials being installed to the processes and procedures involved. In her previous job, she developed project management skills that helped project engineers complete their daily tasks and understand the importance of taking notes and logging key information. When asked who inspires her the most, Sage said, “My mom.” Outside of work, she enjoys doing art and being outside.
