Kalob started as our Assistant Project Manager on February 9, 2026. He is from Danville, Kentucky. Kalob is excited about the job scope, work environment, and structure. Before joining Gribbins, he gained experience assisting homeowners and business owners with various types of projects that, once completed, satisfied the customer and met their needs. This process was very similar to his new role, as projects began with assigned appointments and job estimating, and continued through to completion. This experience has given him the necessary skill set to transition to the industrial and commercial side, and he is confident in his ability to grow and develop his skills within the Gribbins company. His favorite part of his job role is overseeing large projects from the estimating phase through contract award and final completion. He also values the opportunity to interact with the community and be a part of a growing team and company that is invested in both its people and its long-term success. When asked who inspires him the most, Kalob said, “My father and son both inspire me. My father inspires me because I have seen him overcome many obstacles in life through hard work and determination. My son inspires me to be the best version of myself and to teach him how to be a man while continuing to learn and grow myself.” Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and traveling with his family.
