New Hire: Jordan Pravdica

Jordan started as our Project Manager/Estimator on January 5, 2026. He is from Newburgh, Indiana and attended Ivy Tech, where he earned an Associate’s degree in Applied Science. Jordan is excited for the opportunity to expand his skill set. He takes pride in being a valued asset and looks forward to growing his knowledge while building relationships with customers and coworkers. His favorite part of the job is providing a service that’s worth paying for. He values working hard, being productive, and being someone others can rely on. He also enjoys finding creative solutions to solve problems and making everyone’s job easier. Before joining Gribbins, Jordan worked in the Carpenters Union building scaffold since 2014, gaining experience alongside some of the best scaffold builders in the area. This background gave him the skills to provide accurate quotes and develop creative solutions to challenges others may not have encountered. He understands what it takes to complete jobs safely and on time and has learned how to communicate professionally with coworkers and other contractors. He is especially grateful to Matt and Clay for taking the time to coach him and provide the guidance and tools that helped him succeed. When asked who inspires him the most, Jordan said, “My family inspires me to be the best version of myself I can be. I understand that to be successful it takes knowledge, determination, and hard work. Without them, I wouldn’t have anything to work for. They make working hard worth it.” Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and camping.
