Holly started as our Senior Project Accountant on May 6, 2026. She was born and raised in Southeast Texas and came to Newburgh, Indiana after meeting her husband. She graduated with an associate degree from Lamar State College-Port Arthur/Lamar University in Business Administration and Management, with a minor in Accounting. Holly then furthered her education by earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Governors University. She is excited to be in a position where she can be part of the support team and be truly helpful across the company. It gives her a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. Holly is also excited about Gribbins’ growth and the opportunities it creates for both the company and its staff. Her favorite part of the job is that every project is different from the actual work to the people you talk to. Before Gribbins, she worked as a project accountant. When asked what inspires her the most, Holly said, “Performing your role to the best of your ability means understanding that your work affects the team, whether directly or indirectly.” Outside of work, she enjoys coaching softball, lifting, nature photography, embroidery, and traveling.
