New Hire: Brooke Haug

Brooke started as our Accounting Intern on August 25, 2025. She is from Ferdinand, Indiana, and attends the University of Southern Indiana. Brooke is planning to graduate in December with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and minors in Management and Finance, along with a Financial Institutions certificate. She is excited to learn more about the industry and expand her experience as she prepares to pursue a full-time position after graduating in December. Before joining Gribbins, Brooke worked at Holiday World from the age of 14, eventually managing four restaurants in her final year. She also completed internships in the accounting department at Holiday World and in the finance department at AstraZeneca, gaining valuable hands-on experience and insight into real-world accounting processes. Her favorite part of the job is seeing all the numbers lined up to get the amount needed. When asked who inspires her the most, Brooke said, “My previous boss at Holiday World inspires me because I have seen how much he has under his belt, but he always remained calm even when under so much pressure.” Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball, shopping, and going on walks. As someone who loves the outdoors, she’s happiest doing just about anything outside.
