New Hire: Ashley Tines

Tynes started as our Billing Specialist on June 17, 2024. She is originally from Tell City, Indiana and moved to Evansville to attend the University of Southern Indiana, where she studied social work and psychology. Tynes is excited to join the company, having heard great things about both our organization and our people, and she is eager to meet everyone. Her diverse background includes extensive experience in management and operations, with her most recent role being in human resources, payroll, and benefits. This experience has honed her analytical and intuitive skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail and problem-solving. Tynes enjoys a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that provides new challenges. Her favorite aspect of her job is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s professional and personal lives. When asked who inspires her the most, Tynes said, “Seeing others succeed, especially if it is someone that I was able to help in their personal growth and development.” Outside of work, she enjoys baseball, particularly cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals. She also loves traveling, kayaking, spending time with her family, and refinishing furniture.
