Laura Belwood Promoted to Human Resources & Talent Manager

We’re excited to announce that Laura Belwood has been promoted to Human Resources and Talent Manager for Gribbins Specialty Group.

Since starting with GSG in 2022, Laura has been a steady and trusted presence in how we recruit, onboard, train, and develop our team. She has played an important role in strengthening training programs, supporting mentorship and internship efforts, improving onboarding, and representing Gribbins in workforce development and industry partnerships.

Most recently, Laura earned her SHRM‑CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) certification. This nationally recognized credential demonstrates applied expertise in human resources, including employee relations, compliance, and real‑world decision‑making, and reflects a strong commitment to professional standards in HR.

In her new role, Laura will serve as the HR point of contact for employees and leaders, supporting employee relations, performance documentation, development conversations, and training initiatives. She will partner closely with Megan Knoll and executive leadership on performance, pay, and promotion discussions, while continuing to support the growth and development of our workforce.
