Our safety manager reports directly to the company President and has full
authority to implement and enforce any and all safety rules to acheive our
goal of zero accidents and injuries. To that end, we have a comprehensive
Company Safety Policy that includes an extensive reward program for safe
work. We are committed to safety.

Some highlights of our safety approach are:

• Every employee participates in our safety work practices
  and rewards program.
• All new hires are trained in our safety program
• Every employee has OSHA 10 hour training program.
• Job specific training is completed by all employees involved
  in special task to maintain 100% OSHA compliance.
• Weekly Safety Meetings are conducted at each job site.
• Annual company safety meetings are held at company headquarters.

• 1st place for 2006 National Insulation Association's Safety Program
  for mid sized contractors in the entire United States of America.
• AGC of Indiana top 5 safety programs for specialty contractors.
• Our current EMR (.69) is exceptional and has been below .77
  for the past 13 years.
• A recordable Case Frequency Rate below 3.0 for the last 6 of
  7 years. (National average = 4.1)
• MICCS & NCMS certified contractor.
• 2006 & 2007 Division Manager's Contractor Safety Excellence
  Awards Winner.
